i think hairtransplant is good than wig . in hair transplant there is no fair of losing ur hair and u can get hair of ur type with guarentee.

i think you should go for wigs/replacement etc.there is no guarantee in hair transplant that your hair will grow and wont fall again.also you need a good experienced and successful hair transplant surgeon.moreover all the hair you have lost cannot be transplanted back..you can search for natural and undetectable wigs or hair replacements.
