How do i get my hair back to normal?
you will have to cut the ends off.....stop using the dryer for like a week. when you do start...use a heat protectant...and make sure to deep condition your hair like 2x a week. be gentle with it...and treat it like silk.

If it were me I'd go to a hairdresser and get the ends trimmed or try a layered look...it's about summer time so cutting it short and starting over isn't too bad of an idea...definitely stay away from the hairdryer and only use it for something special...a deep conditioner would help a little if you don't want to cut it..

I would like to recommend Antisnap by Redken. This product is amazing, I use it on all my clients. This will help your hair to recover from the stress that it has been put through. Use it as a leave in after every shampoo. Then I would buy a heat protectant, they come as creams or sprays whichever you like. If you must blow dry your locks use a cool or medium heat setting, and try air drying most of the way first. In the end I would go get the ends trimmed off first and then do regular conditioning treatments.
