I am not a rocker or anything like that. I have being having this curiosity of having long hair all my life but for one reason or an other it never happen when I was little. My parents are (or were) very consern about one of their male children having long hair. Anyway, the point is that now that I am older I desided to let it grow for almost 3 years. And I thought of doing something good with my hair. I heard that people use other people's hair to make wigs for people that have lost all their hair. I will really like to donate it to somebody that could have a good used to it. I feel that if I just cut it, it will be just a waste of time, and effort . Taking in mind that my hair is very beautiful, healthy and pretty long. I am pretty sure that somebody will be able to make even two of them (is pretty long).

Look into an organization called Wigs for Kids,Locks of Love charges the cancer patients for the wigs! My daughter recently donated 13 inches to Wigs for Kids,the wigs they make are free of charge for the children. Good job!

Most local salons will cut it for free if you donate you hair to locks of love! Great idea and God bless you for helping others----especially if your hair goes to children with cancer..as they are most self conscious about having no hair :)
