How do you use hair wax? i have manipulator {i think thats what its called} from v5...?

my hair looks kinda like this

when i flat iron it

exept for more layered at the bottom and its dark dark brown

i want that scene - volume look at the top

how do i get that with the product i have?

its kinda sticky...so am i supposed to rub it in my hands and then run it through my hair? im totally lost so details would be helpful ahah

wax is hard with long hair. It pulls your hair, I believe its really meant for short hair. Use some kind of straightener when wet, then dry, iron and use some kind of stiff pomade or gel after its dry to get the chunky, dirty do. Otherwise, it'll look fluffy because you have layers.

Only start with a small amount rub it on your hands them run it through your hair but with your fingers pull the hair the way you want it and add more wax if needed. hope i helped.
