thyroid problems such as cushings disease.
Allopecia, I dont think there is a cure for that?
Skin infections.. including yeast, bacterial and fungal
Mites/Mange
Allergies.. including food and contact allergies.
Thyroid problems and allopecia seem more likely, considering there is no itching or lesions.

you spent 500-1000 $ on the dog. spend a little more and take it to a vet.

allergies or a medical condition called alopecia (hair loss). Am not sure how it can be treated. People also suffer from this condition-no body hair at all. Check with your veterinarian ASAP to see if a diagnosis can be had for the condition of your yorkie puppy

Could be a type of mange, there's a hereditary type that just makes the hair fall out with no itching. You should get you dog to the vet asap though before it gets worse.
