What does it mean when you lose a lot of hair ONLY at back of head towards neck, and not at the usua

A couple of things might be the answer. One, do you have long hair that you frequently wear in a pony tail? If so, then it's caused by friction of the band pulling tightly on your hair at that point. The second thing might be if you always sleep on your back. That would also cause friction on that spot which would eventually lead to hair loss. Otherwise, there's a condition called alopecia, in which you lose hair in random patches at different parts of the head. If the first two things I mentioned does not describe you, then I'd suggest you see a dermatologist or hair loss specialist. Alopecia can be cured with the proper treatment. Good luck!

Could be many different reasons, if it lasts more than 1 year it baldness or something more serious, seek proffesional help if worried.
